Road occupation has always been a stubborn problem in urban management, which not only affects environmental sanitation, but also easily causes traffic congestion and brings inconvenience to residents. In order to further strengthen the management of the city's appearance and environmental order, optimize the urban environment, and improve the quality of the city, the Shifang Municipal Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau held a special rectification work meeting on urban road occupation operations, and deployed the recent road occupation management rectification plan and rectification priorities.
On the afternoon of December 18, the Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau was guided by the problems reported by the masses, and concentrated on Zhuxi Park, Hongda New Town, Midea Nianhua and the surrounding areas of new buildings in the urban area to carry out special rectification actions for road occupation operations.
In this operation, the elite forces of the urban management law enforcement brigade were organized, and in line with the basic principles of "combination of dredging and blocking" and "education first, punishment supplemented", persuasive, persuaded and cleaned up the business behavior of occupying the road. During the rectification, we patiently publicized and educated merchants and vendors on laws and regulations, explained the dangers and consequences of road occupation, and strived to gain the understanding and support of the masses, so that they could consciously clean up the items that occupied the road, and the law enforcement officers also actively helped them lift heavy objects and move their stalls. At the same time, guide merchants and vendors to strictly implement the "five bags in front of the door" responsibility system, not to occupy public roads, not to pile up sundries and commodities at will, to clean up the garbage generated in a timely manner, to ensure the smooth flow of roads and travel safety, and to jointly maintain a clean and orderly cityscape.
After the patient explanation and education of law enforcement personnel, most operators carried out rectification on the spot, and actively supported and cooperated with the rectification work. For some refusal to cooperate, the business items and road occupation items shall be temporarily seized according to the regulations.
In this operation, a total of 8 law enforcement vehicles and 52 law enforcement officers were dispatched to rectify 15 main and secondary streets and back streets, standardize more than 120 shops, and temporarily detain 61 items, effectively standardizing the order of the urban area and achieving good results. In the next step, the Municipal Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau will continue to adopt active and effective management methods and means, carry out special rectification actions for road occupation operations on a regular basis, continuously increase the intensity and frequency of inspections, strike hard at the city's stubborn diseases, and actively create a clean, orderly and civilized urban environment in our city.
