Yellow Pepper is a nutritious fish rich in protein, calcium, potassium and unsaturated fatty acids, which are good for the brain, retinal development and strong bones. Here are a few ways to make yellow and spicy dices for reference:
Braised yellow and spicy dice.
Ingredients: 500 grams of diced yellow pepper.
2 tablespoons minced ginger.
2 tablespoons minced garlic.
2 minced millet peppers.
Chopped green onion to taste. 1 tablespoon bean paste.
Salt to taste. 1 tablespoon light soy sauce.
A little dark soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
A little water starch.
Method: 1) After cleaning up the yellow and spicy dice, put knife flowers on both sides, pour cooking wine and spread evenly, and then coat with a little salt for later use.

Ingredients: 500 grams of diced yellow pepper.
Dried chili peppers to taste.
Sichuan peppercorns to taste. Appropriate amount of minced ginger.

1 tablespoon bean paste.
Salt to taste. 1 tablespoon light soy sauce.
Cooking wine to taste. Cooking oil to taste.
