The All-Call Emergency Committee urgently held an emergency plan meeting, and 14 people were urgently assembled to cut off the power of more than 400 points of equipment in the streets and alleys to ensure that there was no risk of electric shock.
As of the evening of the 30th, the 14-member emergency team has been working for 8 hours in the rainstorm, and 4 colleagues from Dongcheng Static Traffic have also joined the night operation after emergency training to carry out the power off work of the remaining half of the uninterrupted points.
On the morning of the 31st, the rainfall in the urban area gradually weakened, and the red warning for flood control in the Dongcheng area was downgraded.
