One notable change is the change in the name of the Ordinance to the Human Organ Donation and Transplantation Ordinance, which further highlights the importance of organ donation.

In order to do a good job in the publicity and guidance of organ donation and further promote the work of organ donation, the micro-film "So Many People in the World", which is based on the real case of the Hubei Provincial Human Organ Donation Management Center, will pay tribute to Chinese organ donors and their families in the most heartfelt way at the turn of 2023 and 2024!

In the film, Dongdong (pseudonym), a sunny and simple big boy, was found to have a glioma, and died of brain death in July 2022 due to deterioration of his condition and ineffective treatment. At this time, Dongdong's father learned that his son had signed the "Human Organ (Body, Tissue) Donation Registration Form" before his death. After a difficult and painful choice, Dongdong's father finally agreed to donate his only son's five organs to those in need.

The father's love is full of majesty and deep hidden, although his heart is reluctant to give up, for the sake of his son's great love and good deeds, the father chooses to respect his son's wishes and donate his organs. When signing the consent form, Dongdong's father choked up and said, we will not donate corneas, and hope that his son will find his way home with these eyes.

Dongdong's donation surgery was very successful, and all five patients have returned to normal life.

In order to shoot this film, the director team lasted three months, communicated with the Hubei Provincial Organ Donation Management Center several times, collected materials and consulted with the attending physicians and staff of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, and interviewed the organ donation coordinator. The film crew went to Hefeng, Yichang and other places in Hubei Province many times to film, and finally completed the public welfare micro-film "So Many People in the World" to pay tribute to those organ donors who use their lives to convey great love.
