New Year's Day and Spring Festival are approaching, and the winter vacation is coming, script killing, escape rooms and other scripted entertainment business venues have become activity venues for teenagers to gather. In order to implement the fire safety requirements for scripted entertainment venues such as script killing, escape rooms, etc., strengthen the main responsibility for safety, and improve the level of fire safety management, the "Fire Safety Guidelines for Scripted Entertainment Business Venues (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Safety Guidelines") jointly formulated by the National Fire and Rescue Administration and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism are hereby reminded as follows. Summary of the Safety Guidelines:
Guidelines for Fire Safety of Scripted Entertainment Business Premises (for Trial Implementation).
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice on Strengthening the Management of Scripted Entertainment Business Venues issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, this Fire Safety Guide is formulated in order to clarify the relevant fire safety requirements for scripted entertainment business venues such as script killing and escape rooms, strengthen the responsibility of safety entities, and improve the level of fire safety management of venues.
1. Basic conditions for fire safety
1) The location shall be strictly set up.
2) Fire protection facilities and equipment such as automatic fire alarm systems and fire extinguishers shall be set up.
3) Evacuation facilities such as fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication signs shall be set up.
4) A monitoring system should be set up.
5) Consumers shall be reminded of safety requirements.
6) Fire separation shall be implemented.
7) A one-key unlocking device should be set up.
2. Fire safety management
8) Fire safety responsibilities shall be implemented.
9) Emergency response plans shall be formulated and drills shall be carried out.
10) Fire safety training shall be organized.
3. Safety management of fire and electricity
11) Do not use open flames in violation of regulations.
12) Do not use electrical equipment in violation of regulations.
13) Do not use lighting fixtures in violation of regulations.
14) Do not charge in violation of regulations.
4. Safety management of flammable, explosive and combustible materials
15) shall not use flammable and combustible materials for decoration.
16) Do not bring in or store flammable and explosive dangerous goods.
17) Do not use fuel and gas in violation of regulations.
5. Safe evacuation management.
18) Evacuation passages and safety exits shall not be blocked.
19) Evacuation doors shall not be set up in violation of regulations.
20) Obstacles that affect escape shall not be erected.
