There are three main reasons why I decided to adjust my rest schedule:
My child has been sick lately.
Because the child is sick and uncomfortable, I am fed early in the evening, I and the child will rest, one is to hope that the child can have enough sleep, the other is to maintain physical strength, if the child has a high fever in the middle of the night, I can take corresponding measures for the first time, is to physically cool the child, wipe the armpits with alcohol, apply a fever patch to the forehead, measure the temperature and feed the antipyretics, if these methods can not reduce the fever, then can only do the worst, go to the hospital in the middle of the night to hang the emergency.
Fortunately, the youngest son did not have a fever for three nights, and slept until the alarm clock rang. What the old mother feared finally didn't happen.
The needs of the job.
Because I got up at 6 o'clock in the morning to make breakfast for my two children, and then rode an electric car after eating, and sent my two brothers to school, and then I went to work in the company. Because the child has been sick in recent days, I go to work in the morning, and take the child to the hospital for injection in the afternoon, so the work on hand is left behind, only by going to bed early and getting up early to maintain sufficient energy, I can balance work and children and life, not to mention that this method is quite good, and gradually the Xi of going to bed early has also been cultivated in these days.
My own reasons.
Every day in and out of the hospital, I feel that my immunity has decreased a lot, and I have symptoms such as nasal obstruction, runny nose, and phlegm, but I insist on drinking more hot water every day to expel the bacteria in my body, just like the child's father said: "My family is now carried by myself, and everyone else is sick."
In the current situation, everyone in the family has fallen, and I should strengthen my immunity to protect my family.

2.Set an example for your children.
At 20 o'clock in the evening, I said to the child: "There are still 10 minutes to watch TV and play today, and the time is over, pack up your toys, prepare to wash and sleep, I will also go upstairs to wash my face and feet, good night", so that the child has a time plan, otherwise it is to watch TV endlessly, affecting early sleep, mainly because the child is now in the development period, and going to bed early is very important, affecting the child's height, intelligence, immunity, etc.
3.Don't play with your phone before going to bed.
Take the initiative to mute the phone to prevent interference from various group messages.
4.Observe your own ** state.
