The "mother-daughter relationship" between Professor Li Jinrong and Filuz originated from a famous rhinoplasty in Africa 38 years ago. Looking at the painful look of the girl in front of him, Li Jinrong secretly made up his mind to relieve her pain and let her enjoy a happy life like other children. Total rhinoplasty is difficult and demanding, and as a rule, a flap should be taken on the forehead, which is easier but leaves a visible scar on the forehead. In order not to damage Filuz's appearance, Li Jinrong devised a new surgical plan and decided to cut tissue from the left upper arm to repair the nose, and the operation was carried out in four stages. After returning to China, Li Jinrong returned to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Wuhan University Hospital of Stomatology to continue clinical work.
