Batman Arkham Knight has poor performance on Switch, and even has a 0 FPS situation

Batman Arkham Knight seems to have been associated with the term "bad porting" in the minds of veteran players, and was impressed by the game's poor performance as early as the game's PC release. That's not the worst case scenario, though, as the game's recent release of a port on Nintendo Switch set a new low for the game's performance.

Recently, on the X platform, Oliver Mackenzie, editor of Digital Foundry, shared a demo of Batman: Arkham Knight running on Switch, from which we can see that the game performs very badly on Switch. Despite the game's graphics settings being adjusted to very low, it still struggled to run properly on the Switch, and it had an unacceptable 0 FPS situation, with a large area of stuttering that lasted for several seconds. In addition, Oliver Mackenzie also mentioned that there are bugs in the game that seriously affect the experience.

In this regard, WCCFTECH believes that it is a pity that the Nintendo Switch version of Batman: Arkham Knight was released with such a poor performance, and that the game is otherwise excellent in terms of quality and should be accompanied by a better level of optimization. While the game hasn't reached the level of the previous installments in the series, it's still one of the best Batman-themed games. And even years after its release, the PC version is still visually stunning with the highest graphics settings and some quality mods. "Batman: Arkham Trilogy" is available on Nintendo Switch on December 1, and the platform will be exclusive to the "Robert Pattinson Edition Batsuit" ** for a limited time
