The evaluation results were divided into three categories: A, B, and C, and the evaluation results showed that there were 12 in Class A, 67 in Class B, and 19 in Class C.
The objects of this evaluation include 98 ** companies that carried out ** sponsorship, bond underwriting, M&A and restructuring financial advisory and investment banking business related to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (Beijing Stock Exchange) from January 1 to December 31, 2022, and ** companies that only carried out continuous supervision business were not included in the scope of evaluation.
The association said that the evaluation of practice quality is an important way to encourage and restrain ** companies to improve the practice level of investment banking business.
