This event is certified by the Chinese Athletics Association, guided by the Zhejiang Marathon and Road Running Association, hosted by the people of Chun'an County, undertaken by the Chun'an County Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, and operated by Hangzhou Hi Run Sports Management.
Hong Yonghong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Chun'an County People's Congress, Jiang Jun, deputy county magistrate of Chun'an County, Xu Xiabing, vice chairman of the Chun'an County CPPCC, Fang Bisheng, director of the Chun'an County Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, and Li Nan, director of Hangzhou Hi Run Sports Management, were invited to attend the starting ceremony and give orders for the race.
