On the afternoon of December 1, the final of the 10th "Student District Political Assistant" election of "Youth China Policy" Xuhui District was held in the lecture hall of Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute.
The event was guided by the Xuhui District People's Congress and the District Political Consultative Conference, and hosted by the District Education Bureau, the Youth League District Committee, and the District Youth Work Committee.
Since the launch of the 10th Student District Assistant Election in February, more than 1,200 Xuhui students and 287 teams have participated in the campaign. After layers of evaluation, in the end, 12 teams entered the finals.
At the scene, the members of each team introduced their research process and results through a roadshow. From the perspective of students, some of the 12 research groups conducted research on the supply and demand of friendly community spaces from the perspective of children, some were based on how to guide the values of teenagers in the research of star-chasing, some were on the traditional Chinese culture, "Shanghai culture" education and the inheritance and popularization of the Shanghai language, and some explored how to provide convenience for the elderly in the context ......of population agingThe topics that the teenagers paid attention to were diverse, and the final proposals were rich and complete, with background and data, interviews and suggestions, which attracted continuous applause from the audience.
After fierce competition, the competition finally selected three sections.
First, second and third prizes, individual awards "Internet Popularity Award", "Creative Practice Award", "Innovation Potential Award", Outstanding Instructor Award, Outstanding Organization Award. Among them, the Milky Way Bright Eagle Team from Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School won the first prize in the junior high school group. "In the process of preparing for the competition, we not only realized the importance of teamwork, but also gained a deeper understanding of the 'Student District Assistant' program, which I think is very meaningful. Zhang Jiacheng, captain of the Milky Way Eagle Squad, told reporters.
It is understood that since its inception in 2003, the "Student District Political Assistant" campaign has become a characteristic brand project for young people in Xuhui. In the past 20 years, primary and secondary school students in the district have contributed many "golden ideas" to urban development from the perspective of young people as "little observers".
