The light of the night lights is softer, we can select the gradient fill in the toolbar, select the upper dot to be transparent, and select the lower dot to select the desired color, and then we can get the desired light gradient effect.

In the end, we had to light up all the lights, so I chose the small particles in the spray gun, randomly selected a Kong Ming lamp to proof, painted a circle on its glowing position, and then used the soft flow pressure sensitivity in the blur tool to soften the surroundings to about the same transparency, and so on, and painted all the lights that should be light.
Then open the layer settings, change the layer mode, turn on the glow in the layer filter, and adjust the value according to the actual situation you see, so that you can get the glowing light
