On December 18, the Second Sports Training Brigade of the Sports Bureau of the Autonomous Region held a mobilization meeting for the 2023-2024 winter training, focusing on the new preparation cycle of the 15th National Games, and making comprehensive arrangements and mobilization for the winter training work. 
The winter training mobilization meeting was presided over by Zou Benke, member of the Party Committee and deputy captain of the Second Sports Training Party Committee of the Sports Bureau of the Autonomous Region, and Xue Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and deputy captain of the Second Sports Training Party Committee of the Sports Bureau of the Autonomous Region, attended the meeting. 
At the winter training mobilization meeting, the project leaders intuitively reported the work summary for 2023 and the work plan for 2024 in the form of PPT, the coaches and athlete representatives made statements, and the secretary of the party committee and the deputy captain of the team signed the "Target Responsibility Letter" and the "Anti-Doping Responsibility Letter" with the representatives of the sports team. 
Xue Lei said that everyone should be clear about the goals and tasks of the winter training. Strengthen organizational leadership, clarify the division of responsibilities, and do a good job in the overall arrangement of winter training. It is necessary to strengthen the content of training, scientifically formulate training plans, and ensure that training is scientific and orderly. At the same time, we should pay attention to the cultivation of athletes' psychological quality, strengthen psychological counseling and psychological adjustment, and improve athletes' psychological ability to resist pressure. Strengthen team building, improve the professional level of coaches and the overall quality of the team, and provide better training environment and conditions for athletes. Through winter training, the athletes' physical fitness, technical level, tactical awareness and psychological quality will be comprehensively improved, and they will be fully prepared for the upcoming competition. It is necessary to closely integrate the winter training work with the competition, and ensure that it is carried out in a targeted, planned, and step-by-step manner. Resolutely implement the instructions and requirements of the general secretary of the first class to "take the gold medal of morality, the gold medal of style, and the gold medal of cleanness", consolidate the responsibility of supervision, and ensure that there is no mistake in the anti-doping work.
