On December 6, 2023, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) launched the second edition of the Green Technology Handbook at the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "High-performance oxide solid electrolyte interface flexible layer material and ultra-thin film electrolyte preparation technology" independently developed by Tailan New Energy interface softening technology") was included in the list for its advanced technological advantages and was presented to the world through WIPO Green's database.

The second edition of the Green Technology Handbook, which will be available in six languages, focuses on climate change mitigation and emerging technologies and innovations to address climate challenges.

Since its establishment, Tailan New Energy has established the brand vision of "solid-state battery popularizer", and has chosen the oxide route as the core in terms of the exploration path of solid-state battery technology, and has continued to innovate on the basis of this route, established a strong technical reserve and scientific and technological innovation system, and taken the opportunity of Chongqing Phase I factory to take the lead in realizing the mass production of semi-solid-state lithium battery products to rapidly promote the development and industrial implementation of solid-state battery products.

Tailan New Energy Research Institute enables the "high-performance oxide solid electrolyte" through material innovation, which has high ionic conductivity and mechanical strength, and creates an interfacial flexible layer on the surface of the material to achieve good contact between the electrolyte and the electrode, which can well solve the problems of ionic conductivity and interfacial impedanceMastering the key electrolyte ultra-thin film preparation technology and interface softening technology can be compatible with the existing process system of liquid batteries. Relying on material innovation and process innovation, Tailan relies on scientific production management to quickly transfer product research and development capabilities to the production and manufacturing base, and realizes the smooth mass production of various types of semi-solid lithium batteries.

New energy vehicles have always been the pioneer and demonstrator of green and low-carbon transportation, and the power battery industry, as a key link in the intelligent networked vehicle industry, is accelerating the popularization of high-energy-density and high-rate batteries, allowing more electric vehicles to gallop calmly on the highway and become an important member of supporting global climate governance and leading the dual carbon goals. Tailan New Energy will join hands with the solid-state battery industry to promote the next step of improving the power battery experience and help the long-term sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry chain.
