Nickel and nickel alloy alloy 690 corrosion-resistant steel plates.
Alloy 690 and its resistance to sulphurous gases make it an attractive material for applications such as coal gasification units, burners and pipes for the treatment of sulphuric acid, furnaces for petrochemical processing, ** vessels, incinerators and vitrification equipment for the treatment of radioactive waste.
Hastelloy B-2 Solution Aging Hastelloy B-2 Round Bar Performance Parameters It is a high chromium-nickel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance to aqueous media and high-temperature environments. It has the characteristics of high strength, good metallurgical stability and good processing performance. Alloy 690 nickel-based alloy contains chromium 270-31.0%, nickel-based alloy with a nickel content of about 59%, nickel-based alloy has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and intergranular stress corrosion cracking, and is mainly used as a heat transfer tube material for steam generators in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. The materials used in heat transfer tubes for steam generators in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants have undergone a development process, including 304 austenitic stainless steel, alloy 600, alloy 800 and alloy 690. The corrosion failure study of alloy 600 in service shows that intergranular corrosion and intergranular stress corrosion cracking are the main problems. Alloy 690 is used as a heat transfer tube material for steam generators in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants, and there have been no reports of damage since it was put into use in the 90s of the last century, and the effect is very good.
Main applications of Alloy 690 nickel-based alloy: Nickel-based alloy is mainly used as a heat transfer tube material for steam generators in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants, and is the core technology of steam generators. At present, among the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant units that have been operated in China, only the first phase of Qinshan uses alloy 800, and the second phase of Qinshan nuclear power plant, Daya Bay and Lingao nuclear power plants all use alloy 690 as the heat transfer tube material of the steam generator. Most of the PWR nuclear power plants under construction and planning also use alloy 690 as the heat transfer tube material for steam generators.
