Our district will allocate 300,000 yuan of start-up funds for the four rated studios as financial support for the purchase of training supplies, skill exchange and promotion, technical skills innovation and research and development and other activities.
The skill master studio refers to the team established by enterprises and institutions in the whole region relying on outstanding skilled talents with outstanding contributions, aiming to give full play to the leading and innovative role of skilled leading talents in technical research, technological innovation, technical exchanges, teaching skills and realizing the intergenerational inheritance of stunts and the transformation of technological achievements, promote the system of famous teachers and apprentices, and accelerate the cultivation of a group of outstanding backbone skilled talents who are proficient in professional theoretical knowledge and master exquisite skills.
Among the selected skill master studios, Beijing Changping Vocational School is the first batch of national secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration schools, national key vocational schools, and national catering vocational education demonstration schools. The application for the construction of "Changping District Peng Xingquan Chinese Pastry Skills Master Studio", the leader Peng Xingquan has skilled Chinese pastry craft skills and skills, and won the title of Chinese pastry cooking master. The project of "Development and Promotion of Changping Characteristic Chinese Pastry Dishes" declared and constructed by the Skill Master Studio has designed and completed the promotion and replication of pastry products by employing Cao Jitong, a master baker, Zhao Huilian, a craftsman from Beijing, and Wang Haidong, chairman of the Youth Kitchen Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Chefs, relying on the characteristics of Changping ingredients. Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. and Beijing Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. will also carry out the construction of projects such as "Software Programming Construction of CNC Equipment Based on Complex Shell", "Powertrain and Body Combined Intelligent Electric Transporter" and "Research on Complex Structure Processing Technology of High-end Downhole Tools and Instruments". Bring and other ways to improve the level of skills, summarize experience and practices, and provide strong support for skilled talents for the economic and social development of the whole region.
