It has completed the automatic collection of equipment operating parameters such as mold punch, temperature, air pressure, lubrication system, noise and so on in each process of the door leaf production line, and realized reasonable preventive maintenance and planned maintenance of production line equipment through intelligent MES system data analysis, so as to improve the integrity rate of the production line.
