Yang Yanxiao, the word Mingxi, Xi'an (ancestral home in Jinan, Shandong), nine years old to learn so far, from the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, now rooted in the land of Sanqin, graduated from the Department of Design of Shandong University of the Arts in 1997, under the tutelage of the contemporary calligraphy master Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi, is now a national first-class artist, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the executive director of the China International Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the chairman of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Working Committee, "China Qin Yunhua Fu Calligraphy" Founder, Deputy Secretary-General of China National Rite Art Academy, Visiting Professor of the Department of Arts and Crafts of the Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University, Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Art Exchange Committee.

His calligraphy works have been collected by heads of state and dignitaries from more than 40 countries, Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the People, and many well-known museums at home and abroad. He is known as one of the young and middle-aged calligraphers who has the most calligraphy copyright protection and the most appreciation space in China.
