Put some ginger and garlic to remove the smell, then put in half a can of beer, and stir-fry for a while. Pour in boiling water and cover the ducks. Bring to a boil over high heat, remove the surface foam and change to low heat.

Wait until the duck is broken, put in the thousand knots, add a little salt to taste, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Beef sautéed with spinach

The meat on top of the lamb bones can be seasoned with salt when the chopsticks are inserted, and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Reduce the juice over high heat, sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve.

Stir-fried oyster mushrooms with shredded pork

200g oyster mushrooms washed and shredded. Boil water in a pot and add a little salt to reduce nutrient loss. After the water boils, blanch the oyster mushrooms and remove them after 30 seconds. Rinse the oyster mushrooms with cold water and squeeze them dry.
