Five things to survive within the system

The working environment within the system is different from other industries, with its own unique rules and unspoken rules. There are five things that must be fought for in working within the system, and taking a step back will not give you a wider space, but nothing will be gained.

First, we must know how to "give three points of courtesy". In the system, the office director, the cadre management position, and the driver of the senior leadership may not help you succeed, but they are likely to get you into trouble. Therefore, when dealing with them, you should know how to be polite and maintain good communication to avoid offending them.

Second, we must learn to "calm down". When the leader comes to you for advice, don't rush to respond, learn to think patiently. The more important the thing, the more time it takes to think about it. In the environment at the time, it is easy to lose judgment and make wrong decisions.

Third, pay attention to the "personal image". When talking to colleagues of the opposite sex in the office, keep the door open or hidden, even if there is a large age gap. For women, this is both to protect themselves and to avoid rumors and gossip.

Fourth, we must maintain "sincerity and truthfulness". Body language doesn't deceive, and actions don't deceive. Many people's words, while duplicitous, do not lie about body language. Be sincere and honest in dealing with people, and don't be clever.

Fifth, we must be diligent and "work hard". Lazy work ultimately hurts you. Some leaders may be okay and will criticize you and give you a chance to make amends. But some leaders may not blame you on the spot, but privately report to their superiors, which will have a greater impact.

The above five things must be kept in mind by those in the system. Only by winning these things can we gain a foothold in the system and achieve greater success.
