From the 16th, Zhengzhou City will be affected by the cold wave and windy weather, and will usher in the coldest period since the beginning of winter. From the 16th to the 21st, the minimum temperature will drop to about minus 12, and the maximum temperature will only be minus 4 to minus 3. From the night of the 15th to the 16th, there were 4 to 5 northwest winds with gusts of 6 to 7. The affected area of the blizzard cold wave process is highly overlapping with the 10-day process, and the heavy snowfall and continuous cooling will lead to obvious snow accumulation and road ice, and the lag effect of the impact of meteorological disasters is obvious. 
With the arrival of this cold wave, the temperature in Henan Province remained low before December 19. From the 16th to the 19th, the temperature in most parts of the province is expected to drop by 8 to 10 compared with the previous period, and the temperature in the west and north and central parts will drop by 12 to 14;Some counties and cities in the west and north and central regions will have cold waves.
