Murray scored 10 points in the third quarter to extend the Nuggets' lead to 32 points before the Grizzlies trailed the lead to 23 points.
Denver went 41-35 to the Grizzlies in the quarter and led by 38 points in the fourth quarter. The Nuggets are on a six-game winning streak, a season-best finish.
