Hastelloy is a commercial grade of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy produced by Hastelloy International Inc., and the main material grades involved are: Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C59, Hastelloy C4, Hastelloy C2000, Hastelloy B2, Hastelloy B3, Hastelloy B4, Hastelloy G35, Hasteloy X, et al. Among them, Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy C22 are widely used.

Hasteloy C276 Chemical Composition: C( )002 si(%)0.05 mn(%)1.0 cr(%)14.0~16.5 ni( ) margin mo( )150~17.0 co(%)2.5 w(%)3.0~4.5 al(%)cu(%)ti(%)fe(%)1.0~4.7 Other( )v 0.35。It is suitable for use in a wide range of chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The high molybdenum and chromium content makes the alloy resistant to chloride ions, and the tungsten element further improves its corrosion resistance. C276 is one of the few materials that can resist moisture chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions, and the alloy has good corrosion resistance to high concentrations of chloride solutions.

Hastelloy C22 Chemical Composition: Nickel (Ni): Margin, Chromium (Cr): 20-225%, molybdenum (Mo): 125-14.5%, iron (Fe): 2-6%, tungsten (W): 25-3.5%, cobalt (CO): 25%, carbon (c): 0015%, manganese (MN): 05%, silicon (Si): 008%, vanadium (v): 035%, phosphorus (p): 002%, sulfur (s): 002%。It is a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant, alloying material. The heat-resistant temperature is around 400 °C. Suitable for the petrochemical industry.
