Jizhou District, the shining pearl of Tianjin, is located in the northernmost part of Tianjin, carrying a thousand-year-old history. In ancient times, it was called Wuzhong, Yuyang, and Jizhou, and each name was a historical imprint. According to historical records, in the eighteenth year of Kaiyuan, Sanhe County, Yutian County and Yuyang County were divided from Youzhou and jointly formed Jizhou, whose name was taken from the ancient Jimen Pass.
