Submarine soft row mold is a kind of mold tool used to make submarine interlocking blocks, the following is the instructions for the use of submarine soft row mold:
1.Preparation: Before using the subsea soft row mold, you first need to make sure that the mold is clean and intact. Check whether the connecting parts of the mold are firm, and whether the bottom plate and top plate of the mold can be adjusted. At the same time, it is also necessary to prepare the required materials, such as engineering plastics, aggregates, etc.
2.Install the mold: select the appropriate mold base plate and wall mold according to the size of the interlocking block made according to the need. Place the mold base plate and wall mold on a flat workbench and use bolts or other fixtures to connect them securely.
3.Filling material: According to the design requirements, the prepared engineering plastic or other materials are poured into the mold. Use a professional tool to compact the material and ensure that the material fills evenly. Depending on the need, aggregates can be set in the mold to enhance the strength of the interlocking blocks.
4.Shaping mold: Use the top plate of the mold to shape the mold filled with material. Place the top plate of the mold on the mold and gradually compact it down until it reaches the size and shape required for the design. Make sure that the top plate of the mold fits snugly with the bottom plate of the mold and the wall mold.
5.Demoulding and curing: After the interlocking block is fully solidified, the demoulding operation can be carried out. Loosen the bolts or other fixtures first, then gently push the mold bottom plate to detach the interlocking block from the mold. The interlocking block after demoulding needs to be properly cured to guarantee its strength and stability.
It should be noted that when using subsea soft row molds, the relevant operating procedures should be followed to ensure safety. In addition, the mold needs to be cleaned and maintained in time during use to prolong the service life of the mold.
