The FAN7388MX is a monolithic three-phase half-bridge gate driver IC for high-voltage, high-speed drive MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +600 V. ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode interference mitigation technology provide stable operation of the high-side driver in high dV DT interference conditions. The advanced level-shifting circuitry provides a maximum VS=-9 for VBS=15 V8 V (typical) high-side gate driver operation. The output drivers are typically sourced at 250mA and 500mA respectively, making them suitable for three-phase half-bridge applications in motor drive systems.
