Looking forward to the success of their children and their physical and mental health is the expectation and blessing of every parent for their children.

The development of a child as a useful person is inseparable from learning.

When the child is doing homework, unconsciously, the eyes will get closer and closer to the book, and the sitting posture will not be correct, which will lead to rapid eye fatigue. So, how can this be avoided?

We can make a simple "reading and writing distance gauge" to help students maintain the correct posture when writing homework.

Use a non-conductive, slightly stiff strip (not easy to break and bend) to make a ring shape that can be worn on the top of the student's head. Then, connect one end of a strip of the same material to the circle on the head. The other end is perpendicular downwards, and the length of this strip should be the same as the normal distance between the eyes and the book when studying.

Strips that are perpendicular downwards and end in a ring or sphere (non-conductive insulator) with a diameter of one centimeter.

This method of letting students sit upright and prevent myopia when writing homework can be tried.
