2.Mounting of the bearing housing:
Standard:Install the bearing housing with snap rings and fixing plates.
Flange type:When installing flanged linear bearings, the surface accuracy of the inner bore of the bearing housing matched with them must be accurate.
Adjustable type (small opening type): The opening on the bearing and the opening on the bearing housing are perpendicular to the circumferential direction to obtain a uniform preload in the circumferential direction.
Large opening type:If used in conjunction with a suitable housing, the large opening bearing can also be backlash adjusted, or the preload can be lightened.
When the linear bearing is pressed into the bearing seat and assembled, do not directly touch the end buckle ring and oil seal on the side of the outer cylinder, and use suitable tools, do not directly knock on the end face or sealing ring, and use the bearing to be evenly introduced, with a buffer plate, with the help of gentle knocking loading.
