In order to seize the winter construction period, since the beginning of winter, the enthusiasm for the construction of ground source heat pump clean energy projects in Changchun National Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone has not diminished, although the temperature has gradually decreased, the construction site is still busy, and the "fast forward button" of project construction has been pressed, and the "acceleration" of high-quality development has been run.
According to reports, the energy supply area of the first phase of the ground source heat pump of the science and technology innovation center is 7120,000 square meters, a total of 770 designed source wells, 230,000 meters of heat exchange circulation pipes, during the construction process, the construction unit overcame rainfall, snowfall, low temperature and other unfavorable factors, to provide heating heat source for the science and technology innovation center, to ensure that the science and technology innovation center at the end of the year officially put into use.
Liang Qi, the person in charge of the construction of the ground source heat pump of China Railway Urban Construction Company No. 3, said: "We have purchased two outdoor board houses, which are mainly used for the hot melt connection of pipelines to ensure that the ambient temperature can reach more than 15 degrees Celsius. After on-site actual testing, the outdoor ambient temperature of the actual welding of the board room can reach more than 20 degrees Celsius, which can not only ensure the construction quality, but also speed up the construction progress. ”
Up to now, the construction of 770 outdoor energy wells of the project has been completed, and the horizontal pipes of outdoor energy wells have been completed for 14,500 meters, which is 90% complete. The indoor energy station and heat exchanger room have been completed by 85%, and the auxiliary heating system of the electric boiler has been heated in early December to ensure the warm closure of the science and technology innovation center. In mid-December, the screw machine was officially launched, and the ground source heat pump system was switched to park heating.
As the first ground source heat pump clean energy project in Gongzhuling City, the project mainly uses shallow geothermal energy systems to provide cooling and heating for the buildings of the Science and Technology Innovation Center Project, the Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park Project and the Talent Service Base Project of Changchun National Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone. At present, Gongzhuling City has set off a "winter offensive" for project construction to fully promote the construction of Changchun National Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone.
