Yu Licui is a native of Zhenfeng Buyi women, once worked in Zhejiang, opened a farmhouse in the village, and also opened a restaurant in the county.
Early in the morning, Xinzhai Village, Shuangfeng Street, Zhenfeng County, began to be lively, and the villagers rushed their pigs to the Licui Buyi handmade bacon sausage processing factory to sell, and the pigs screamed and shouted one after another. After a few pigs raised in a year and harvested nearly 20,000 yuan, villager Zhu Hongying couldn't hide the smile on her face.
This processing plant in the Yu family is of great benefit to us, in the past, we only killed one pig every year for the New Year, this year, I raised five or six more, took five and sold them to her family, I kept one for the New Year, sold more than 10,000 and almost 20,000 yuan, raising pigs increased the income of our farmers. Zhu Hongying, a villager in Xinzhai Village, Shuangfeng Street, Zhenfeng County, said.
Yu Licui, who has opened a restaurant, has a soft spot for traditional national specialties, and it has always been her dream to establish a handmade bacon sausage processing factory. In 2017, Yu Licui saw the business opportunity and created a Cui Buyi handmade sausage and bacon processing factory in Xinzhai Village, Shuangfeng Street, mainly engaged in the production, processing and sales of bacon, sausages, cured pork ribs, preserved duck, blood tofu and other New Year's products.
Yu Licui regards product quality as a lifeline, from the selection of raw materials, to all aspects of production and processing, as well as the control of bacon sausages and roasting heat, she is hands-on. Due to the authenticity of the raw materials and the integrity of the management, the products quickly gained a firm foothold in the market, the business became prosperous, and the demand for fresh pork in the processing plant was also increasing.
The pigs they feed are not fed, they are all fed soybeans, pumpkins, or their own red vines, and corn, which I think is very good. I said to them: your family feeds two or three more heads, you slaughter one for the New Year, and sell the rest to me, more and more villagers are willing to raise pigs to slaughter for us, I calculated, the family with the largest income has 20,000 to 30,000 yuan. Yu Licui, head of the Zhenfeng County Licui Buyi Handmade Sausage and Bacon Processing Factory, said.
Xinzhai Village is a village inhabited by ethnic minorities, and in the past, villagers raised pigs only to kill them during the Chinese New Year. After Yu Licui's processing factory settled in the village, under her mobilization, the villagers raised a few more pigs every year, not only for their own consumption but also to increase their income, effectively driving the development of the local breeding industry. While successfully starting her own business, Yu Licui also recruited surrounding villagers to work in the processing plant, driving everyone to embark on the road of nearby employment and income increase.
She came here to open this processing factory, which is close to my home, and I take care of the children while working, and I have an income of 3,000 yuan a month, and I have been doing it for six years. Lei Qiqin, a worker at the Zhenfeng County Licui Buyi Handmade Sausage and Bacon Processing Factory, said.
Looking back on the entrepreneurial process, Yu Licui was deeply touched, and after years of hard work, she finally found her own way. Yu Licui plans to expand the scale of the processing plant and work hard with his parents and fellow villagers to get rich.
Part-time work is not a long-term solution, I think it is better to find a path that suits you, and going home to start a business can drive more farmers to work. Yu Licui said.
