On December 11, 2023, the opening ceremony of the 2023 China Zhejiang Online Technology Market Week and the first Zhejiang Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Conference were held in the Academic Exchange Center of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City. As a new R&D institution, Tianmushan Laboratory is committed to promoting technological innovation and industry development. Academician Gong Shengkai, executive deputy director of the laboratory, was invited to attend the opening ceremony to promote the laboratory to further explore and integrate regional aviation industry resources, create more opportunities for win-win cooperation, and accelerate the implementation and transformation of aviation scientific research achievements.
Three important scientific and technological achievements of the laboratory were exhibited in this event, including: "High-strength heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy and its preparation key technology", "High temperature-bearing and low-rhenium Ni3Al-based single crystal alloy IC21", and "Model-based Design (MBD) flight control system development platform". Chen Lei and Ye Huihong of the Laboratory Achievement Transformation Center were responsible for the exhibition of the results and communicated with the participating experts and entrepreneurs. This exchange not only helps to enhance the public's in-depth understanding of the latest scientific and technological achievements of the laboratory, but also enables them to gain multi-angle views and experiences in the collision of ideas, bringing new opportunities and vitality to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
In addition, Ru Yi, chief assistant of the laboratory materials center, and Zheng Chen, R&D engineer of the engine center, participated in the major scientific and technological innovation platform results conference in this event. Associate researcher Ru Yi introduced the new Ni3Al-based single crystal alloy IC21 and its trial production application in commercial engines, gas turbines and other hot-end componentsZhengEngineer Chen introduced the rapid development platform based on model-based design and its application in various unmanned aerial vehicle fields. In the future, the laboratory will strengthen the ability to curate the source of scientific and technological innovation, link more scientific and technological innovation element resources, transform the "potential energy" of scientific and technological innovation into the "kinetic energy" of industrial development, and promote the "acceleration" of the transformation of achievements.
