High efficiency makes a slow life

Time is a real asset that everyone has, but it is also the only thing that cannot afford to lose. Modern society has provided an unprecedented free and efficient way of life, greatly extending the possibilities of time and space, and the corresponding life scenes have become richer and more diverse. However, while enjoying the infinite possibilities of life, time has also begun to be bombarded with pervasive information. Anxiety induces us to be exhausted in a whirlpool of events and emotions. It's getting more and more efficient, but it's getting less and less time. Time management has gradually become an unavoidable problem for contemporary people. What we really need to rethink may not be the way we manage our time, but our attitude towards time and our initiative to build a more meaningful life. The essence of time management is actually to manage yourself. Accepting the finite nature of time and enjoying a slow and efficient life can lead to a more fulfilling and fulfilling life.

Be wary of a life that is dragged down by speed

In today's high-efficiency and fast-paced modern society, every detail of life seems to become a waste of time in our eyes: for example, walking is a race walker;Reading pursues the essence of mastering in a short time;Fitness classes should be focused, fast, and effective;Even the tour emphasizes a limited time to check in all the attractions. Fast track, fast arrival, fast learning Xi, quick pick-up ......Think about it, are we also unconsciously falling into the blind pursuit of a fast and efficient pace of life?

Blindly immersed in the pursuit of speed, it is often easy to ignore the price paid behind it. Health, work, eating, relationships and even the functioning of society are all closely related to fast culture. We use speed to smuggle life, not to enjoy life steadily. It went fast, but it didn't go well. Life can give us a warning when it accelerates to the point where it can't be loaded. It may be in any form, such as an emotional breakdown and an outbreak of illness, which means that our body, mind, and spirit can no longer be loaded.

Who put a negative label on "slow".

We are reluctant to slow down, a big reason is that the social environment has put a negative label on "slow", if we do not grasp the time, the pursuit of efficiency, is lazy, do not want to make progress of the extremely evil thing.

But is that really the case? The "Slow Food Movement" launched by the Italians in 1989 can be described as the forerunner of "slow life". The so-called "slow food" refers to the process of growing, cooking and eating food, not focusing on speed and efficiency, but through experiencing the whole process of food growth and enjoyment, to gain health and happiness.

Maybe it's time to change the way we look at time. Time is no longer seen as a limited resource, but as a way to expand the experience, to truly enjoy and immerse yourself in time, rather than smuggling life with speed.

When you no longer force yourself to overload, you will not feel the approach of time like a chariot: you can feel the fullness and happiness of your heart. Seems to be able to take control of life instead of rushing it.

When you truly live in time, you no longer feel that time is constantly passing, but that it is endless, and the cycle is endless. And when you feel that your relationship with the world and others is deeper, stronger, and richer, you are "slowing down".

Enjoying time is not to arrange every day to be full, not to control time, but to learn at what time, what kind of experience to have, and learn to feel the flow of time in life and body. And the best way to value your time is to enjoy it. Enjoy the experience of that moment, the time. What we need to do is not to plan the time, but to expand the feelings. When thoughts and feelings change, so does life.

Traditionally, good time management is about getting more done in a short amount of time. But here's the thing: good time management should be about improving concentration, not having to do everything, but focusing on doing something well.

So identify your goals, spend your time on what is most important and helpful to your goals, accomplish it and make it the best. The rest of the things can be taken down as a priority.

A truly balanced and abundant life should go beyond the achievement of a single goal. Not only do you thrive in the career you love, but you also have time to spend time with your family, enjoy a high-quality life, and truly realize the freedom of time, space, wealth and soul. So, you need to be clear about what is really important to you and then take the time to give it your all.
