Installation
The installation of RH-1T thermohygrometer is very simple, the thermohygrometer installed in any part or structure should be head down, cable up, to ensure that the thermohygrometer in the saturated and low humidity environment quickly dehumidification recovery, on the contrary, the condensate will be adsorbed inside the thermohygrometer, resulting in a long-term lock in the saturated state of high humidity.
If the thermohygrometer is found to be locked in a high humidity state for a long time, the thermohygrometer can be moved to a ventilated place to quickly evaporate the adsorbed condensate and return to normal working state. After the temperature and humidity meter is installed and positioned, the initial value of the instrument should be measured in time, and the record and archive should be made according to the instrument number and design number, and the lead cable of the instrument should be strictly protected.
Cable troubleshooting
The temperature and humidity meter can not measure the data when connected to the reader, and the resistance between the core wires is measured by using a multimeter, and the resistance value between the green and white lines of the temperature and humidity meter is about 355kω。The red and black wires are insulated. If the resistance value is too large, the green and white wires will be broken, and if the resistance is too small, the green and white wires will be short-circuited. If the resistance between the green and white lines is too large or too small, and the red and black wires are not insulated, the measurement data will not be measured.
Troubleshooting of measured values
a. Connect the shield wire to the black wire clip of the measuring wire of the reader;
b. Water may enter the cable joint, cut it off and reconnect;
c. Check whether there are interference sources nearby, such as motors, generators, antennas or AC power cables, and stay away from the above interference sources.
