The relevant person in charge of the Yunnan Provincial Health Commission said that nursing work is an important part of the health cause and an important force on the medical and health front. At present, there are nearly 200,000 nursing staff in the province, with a practice per 1,000 population.405 people, meet the national requirements by 2025 per 1,000 population in the country to have a practice **3Goal of 8 people. However, at the same time, there are still problems in Yunnan, such as the concept of innovative nursing services is not high, the pilot area of "Internet + nursing services" is still relatively narrow, the service form is relatively simple, and the capacity of primary nursing services is relatively weak.

At the same time, medical institutions with conditions are encouraged to provide continuous nursing services to discharged patients with high readmission rates or high demand for medical care, and extend nursing services to communities and familiesEncourage grassroots medical institutions to actively provide nursing services for postoperative patients, patients with chronic diseases, patients with advanced tumors, and elderly patients and disabled people who are disabled and demented and completely unable to take care of themselves in higher-level hospitals.

During the three-day forum, nursing experts from inside and outside the province, including Zuo Xiaoxia, Director of the Nursing Department of Peking University Shougang Hospital, Liu Caixia, Director of the Nursing Department of Zhejiang Hospital, Yu Wenxia, Director of the Nursing Department of Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital, and Jin Lifen, Director of the Nursing Department of the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province, will give lectures and exchanges, accelerate the development of continuous nursing service paths and new models, and promote the innovative development of continuous nursing.
