In order to further enhance the awareness of the faculty and staff of the whole college to perform their duties and promote the improvement of the service quality of the management team, recently, the faculty and staff of the business school held a "concentric, common progress and empowerment" management team debriefing and exchange meeting, which was attended by nearly 30 people, including all school leaders, department heads, party branch secretaries and teacher representatives. The meeting was presided over by Liu Changqing, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy.

At the meeting, 10 teams, including the School Office, the Research Office, the Academic Affairs Office, and the Student Affairs Office, reviewed the work carried out since 2023 in turn, benchmarked the "Annual Assessment Measures for Faculty and Staff of the School of Business" and the "Performance Appraisal and Reward Measures for Non-full-time Teachers of the Business School", focused on the completion of binding indicators, task indicators and landmark indicators for self-evaluation and reporting, focused on the characteristics and highlights of the work, and focused on the annual key work such as undergraduate education teaching audit and evaluation, The 4th Annual Conference of China (Double Law) Risk Management Branch, the 15th International Symposium on Behavioral Operations Research and Behavioral Operations Management, and the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the MBA education program were exchanged to further think about how to strengthen team communication and enhance team cohesion in business work, and promote the high-quality development of the college with a good style of working together.

After the self-evaluation report, Pu Xujin, Dean of the College, commented on each team one by one, fully affirmed the work effectiveness of each line this year, and hoped to enhance the understanding, support and promotion between the teams, the non-full-time teachers and the full-time teachers through the debriefing and exchange meeting, so as to better focus on the center and serve the overall situation, and promote the faster and better development of the college.

In conclusion, Liu Changqing pointed out that the purpose of the debriefing report is to review and exchange, promote construction and reform through evaluation, further improve the performance efficiency of the management and teaching and auxiliary team, and actively create a team culture of responsibility, responsibility and service, so as to serve teachers and students, teaching and scientific research, and the overall situation of the college.
