From December 26th to December 29th, the university hospital held a business learning exchange meeting and skill assessment activities. The business study was presided over by Vice President Sun Hongxu, with Jiang Jiayan, the first director, and Liu Xiaojing, the surgeon, giving lectures, and the medical staff of the hospital participated in the exchange.
At the meeting, Jiang Jiayan gave a lecture entitled "Adverse Reactions and Treatment of Intravenous Infusion", and learned the types, methods, and speed of infusion, as well as common adverse reactions of infusion, treatment methods and preventive measures for adverse reactions. She explained in detail the causes of the five common adverse reactions of infusion, the clinical manifestations of patients and the corresponding treatment methods. She pointed out that the infusion must strictly abide by the principles of aseptic technology and operating procedures, and during the infusion process, medical staff should also strengthen patrols, care for patients, reasonably adjust the infusion speed, and replace rehydration and needle removal in time. Liu Xiaojing gave a demonstration of the operation method of debridement and dressing change with the title of "Debridement and Dressing Change Technical Training", and she emphasized that the whole process of debridement and dressing change should abide by the principle of sterility and should be adjusted according to the patient's wound site and actual wound situation. She not only introduced the treatment of common wounds, but also shared the judgment and treatment of deep wounds, as well as the treatment of emergencies such as finger amputation. All the medical staff studied carefully, spoke enthusiastically, and had a warm exchange on the actual cases of paronychia, burns, nosebleeds and other cases encountered in the outpatient clinic.
On the afternoon of December 29, all medical staff conducted a dressing change technical assessment in batches in the A310 conference room, and carried out hand disinfection, debridement and dressing change in strict accordance with the process. Whether the hand hygiene is in place before the operation, whether the aseptic operation principle is followed during the operation, whether the operation process is correct and proficient, and whether the instrument is generous are the key contents of the assessment. After the assessment, all the medical staff reviewed and summarized the assessment process, and the assessment team explained and demonstrated the details of the assessment process of the medical staff.
