3. The working principle of the vial cap torque tester
The working principle of the Cilling cap torque test is mainly based on the motor control system. Before the test begins, the vial to be tested is first fixed to the clamp and the top seat is pressed to the bottle mouth. The cap is then rotated by a motor control system, and the torque and angle values are recorded at different torques and angles, and output to the data acquisition system for processing. During the test, the computer automatically records and calculates the torque and angle data, i.e. by setting different torque and angle values to simulate different opening situations. After that, the system will indicate whether the standard requirements are met according to the test results.
