On December 15, according to the press conference held by the Xi'an Municipal Information Office, since the first opening on November 28, 2013, the China-Europe Express (Xi'an) has run a total of 21,193 trains. As of December 14, the China-Europe Express (Xi'an) has operated 5,139 trains this year. Xi'an has become the first city in China to have an annual number of China-Europe freight trains exceeding 5,000 and a cumulative number of more than 20,000 trains. In the past ten years, the China-Europe Express (Xi'an) has opened 17 international trunk lines from Xi'an to Almaty, Tashkent, Hamburg, Moscow and Trans-Caspian Sea to the west and north, covering the entire territory of the Eurasian continent, and 21 "+ Western Europe" assembly linesTo the east, Xi'an to Qingdao, Ningbo, Lianyungang and other rail-sea intermodal trains are planned;To the south, Xi'an to Vietnam, Laos and other interconnected trains, the east-west Asia-Europe land-sea channel and the north-south west-west land-sea corridor converge in Xi'an. Since the beginning of this year, Xi'an International Port Area has continued to improve the efficiency of the port, and further improved the freight yard, production scheduling facilities, and collection and distribution facilities. China Minmetals "Belt and Road" Bulk Commodity Trading Center, COSCO Shipping "Belt and Road" Sea-Rail Intermodal Transportation Center, Zhonglin "Belt and Road" Timber Trading Center have been completed and put into use, Shandong Port "Belt and Road" Cold Chain Trading Center, Shaanxi Investment Group "Belt and Road" Road-Railway Intermodal Center is speeding up construction. Xi'an International Port Area has been successfully approved as a pilot project for strengthening the chain of a national comprehensive freight hub, and is building an international trade and logistics hub facing Europe and Asia and reaching the world. At present, Xi'an International Port Station runs the China-Europe train on a regular basis every week, and it can arrive in Duisburg, Germany in about 10 daysThe China-Europe Express (Xi'an) Export Assembly Center was completed and put into use, taking the lead in realizing the whole train assembly, direct loading on arrival, and port integration in the inland areas of the countryIt is the first in the country to realize customs and railway data connectivity, providing enterprises with one-stop, one-ticket international intermodal transportation services, and reducing the comprehensive cost of door-to-station transportation by more than 15%;Expand the China-Europe freight train for new energy vehicles and consumer lithium battery goods, and run customized special trains for BYD, Geely, LONGi Green Energy, Shaanxi Investment Group and other enterprises to serve enterprises1650,000 households, with a total of more than 15 billion yuan of customs revenue contributed to the country. According to reports, Xi'an International Port Station has developed into an important international railway hub covering an area of 5,600 acres, with an annual designed container throughput of 5.4 million TEUs and a capacity of 66 million tons, with 59 existing railway operation lines and 18 international container operation lines, and the only 3-beam 6-line railway container center station in the country and the country's first inland automated unmanned wharf, which can meet the needs of more than 10,000 China-Europe trains per year.
