On December 6th, the Scientific Research Office of Chengdu University of Arts and Sciences, the Teacher Teaching Development Center and the School of Economics and Management invited Professor Gao Dalun, an expert with special allowance and dean of the School of Archaeology and Museums of Shanxi University, to come to the school to give a lecture on the theme of "Sanxingdui Jinsha Archaeological Longmen Array". Han Xue, Director of the Personnel Office and Director of the Office of the Teacher Teaching Development Center, Cheng Qing, Deputy Dean of the School of Economics and Management, staff of the Scientific Research Office, and representatives of teachers and students from the School of Economics and Management, the School of Physical Education and Medical Care of the Cultural Tourism and Health Care Professional Group attended the meeting.
Cheng Qing presided over the meeting. She introduced that in order to implement the important task of "promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement and creating a new glory of socialist culture" in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, enhance the cultural self-confidence of young people, and cultivate patriotism, the school specially organized this lecture for the professional group of cultural tourism and health care.
Gao Dalun started with the history of Sanxingdui Museum and described the development process of Sanxingdui Museum in detail. He pointed out that the establishment of the Sanxingdui Museum stems from the archaeological excavation of the Sanxingdui site, which provides valuable material for the study of the ancient Shu civilization. In the lecture, Gao Dalun also showed a large number of ** and ** materials, so that students can more intuitively understand the various parts of Sanxingdui Museum and its characteristics. The Sanxingdui Museum has a large collection, covering a wide range of cultural relics from the Neolithic period to the Shang and Zhou dynasties. The most famous of these are artifacts such as bronze, gold, and jade. When introducing the collection, Gao Dalun not only elaborated on the historical background and characteristics of each cultural relic, but also introduced their conservation and restoration work.
In the course of the lecture, Gao Dalun explained in simple terms, and the language was vivid and interesting, so that the students had a deeper understanding of Sanxingdui Museum. At the same time, he also encouraged the students to visit museums more often in their future studies and Xi and life, and experience the charm of cultural relics.
This lecture enabled students to better understand the history and collections of Sanxingdui Museum, provided students with an opportunity to understand and feel Chinese history and culture, and stimulated students' interest in archaeology and cultural museums. After the lecture, many students expressed their hope to participate in more similar activities in order to better understand and understand Chinese history and culture.
