The Red Cross Society of Tianmu West Road Street, together with medical and health volunteers from the External Cooperation Department of Zhabei Central Hospital in Jing'an District, went deep into the station area of Shanghai Railway Station to impart emergency rescue knowledge and skills to the station staff. Doctors from the "Hongen Health Lecture Hall" of East China Hospital also went to the Shanghai Railway Station area with street volunteers to provide volunteer services such as caring for life and health free clinics for passengers.
Public interest legal popularization serves the public
On the International Volunteer Day, legal volunteers from the Public Welfare Center of Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm came to residential areas and office buildings to provide professional legal consulting services for community residents and corporate white-collar workers on how to resolve neighborhood disputes, coordinate labor relations and conclude business contracts. The lawyers also gave lectures on the Patriotic Education Law and the Counter-espionage Law to the public, and explained consumer rights protection cases in a way that was popular with the masses.
