Zhao Wenhua introduced that the index system of the food education evaluation index includes five dimensions, one, two, and ** indicators, which basically covers the core concepts of food education in terms of content and evaluation indicators. Regarding the indicators and dimensions of future food education evaluation, Zhao Wenhua suggested that our society should provide safe, nutritious and sustainable food for everyone, especially children.
