The envelope of a tender usually includes the following:
1. Document type (qualification document, business document, **document).
2. Original copy.
3. Project name.
4. Bidding number.
5. Bidding section. 6. The name of the bidder (the seal of the unit).
7. The contact address of the bidder.
8. Bidder contact person and contact**.
9. The legal representative or his entrusted person (signature or seal).
10. The words shall not be unsealed before the bid is opened.
Note: The bidding documents may also require the tendering unit to be indicated on the envelope (subject to the requirements of the bidding documents). The envelope should be used together with the seal and must be stamped with the bidder's official seal. If there is no special request, the original and a copy of the tender can be sealed in a sealed bag. Bidders must carefully do a good job of packaging and sealing the bidding documents, so as not to cause the bidding to be rejected.
There is also a more commonly used situation: the original, copy, electronic version (U disk), bid opening list (for separate bidding), and bid bond receipt (submitted separately) can be sealed separately, and 5 sealing sleeves are required in this case.
Note: If the legal representative personally participates in the bid opening, the original personal ID card and the original identity certificate of the legal representative must be broughtIf the authorized principal participates in the bid opening, the original personal ID card and the original power of attorney must be brought. There are also special requirements, such as requiring the authorized representative to also carry the social security certificate paid by the bidder for him.
