Scenarios related to people's livelihood mainly include basic public services, administrative fees, transportation, large and medium-sized businesses, parks and scenic spots, and small and micro economies, while foreign-related scenarios mainly include mobile communications, catering and accommodation, and public transportation. Second, continue to promote publicity and guidance. Through multi-level and wide-coverage publicity, promote the public's understanding of the norms of receipt and payment in different scenarios, and continuously consolidate the consensus on the illegal refusal of cash. Third, further investigation and punishment should be carried out. Verify the clues one by one, and impose penalties and publicize the refusal to accept cash with a high degree of public concern and a large scope of influence, so as to give full play to the warning effect.
Zhang Meng said that if the public encounters the refusal to accept cash, they can clearly inform the other party that their behavior is illegal, keep relevant ** and audio evidence, and complain and report to the local branch of the People's Bank of China.
