The first Dell Solar Energy Xi laboratory was opened in Colombia. The project is located in Kazooka (whose main objective is to provide a sustainable space that provides young people with a sense of security while allowing them to gain knowledge in the digital sphere. Currently in use at 10 locations in Africa, ** containers of refurbished computers and rooftop solar panels donated by the UK are deployed.
This Xi laboratory has mobile devices that can provide an internet connection without having to be connected to the grid, thanks to its solar panels. The investigation of the initial prototype took into account both structural issues, lighting, and service delivery. In a more detailed way, cross-ventilation, hot zones, overheating problems, better use of solar energy on the roof, flexibility of its components, storage and teaching programs were established.
It is prefabricated in the factory, and then transported to the designated place for installation and construction, and the exterior graffiti is spray painted, and the white background is put on, which is fresh and eye-catching. The interior is covered with white walls and slogans of different colors, which is very eye-catching. Computer desks and chairs are installed on both sides of the room for young people to use.
A formal delivery is a module that can be used alone or in combination with other containers. The design has an unexpected orientation, encourages inclusion and interaction through open spaces, and provides stunning views of the city. Be a catalyst for a stronger community culture and be more shared.
