In the special rectification work, it was found that some property service enterprises lacked service awareness, and the residential community projects served had problems such as poor health order and many complaints about letters and visits. To this end, 21 residential community property service projects, including scientific research community, archives community and Shangdong Brilliant City, have been included in the "black list".
According to the "Notice", the content of the special rectification inspection includes the ice and snow removal of the community, the environmental sanitation of the park, and whether the public facilities such as unit doors and windows, public lighting facilities, and publicity boards are in good conditionWhether the services are provided in accordance with the content and standards agreed in the property service contract;After the property management service contract is dissolved or terminated in accordance with the law, whether there is a refusal to withdraw from the property management service project without a legitimate reason;Whether to carry out electric vehicle charging, electric bicycle parking hidden danger investigation, electric bicycle parking, indiscriminate placement, "into the building into the house", "people and vehicles in the same house", "flying line charging" and other potential safety hazards to rectify.
