In this context, clean renewable energy has increasingly become the first choice for human energy consumption, among which hydropower energy, as the main green renewable energy, has received more and more attention from various countries around the world, and has played an increasingly important role in industrial production and people's lives. In recent years, the hydropower industry has received support from the state, and its development prospects are very bright. However, in recent years, the state has vigorously advocated the policy of saving resources, people from all walks of life have become more and more aware of energy conservation, energy conservation and emission reduction have been paid great attention to in various fields, especially in the hydropower industry, the hydropower industry has taken various measures for energy conservation and emission reduction in hydropower operation, although the energy conservation and emission reduction effect of hydropower operation has made some progress, but further progress is needed Energy conservation and emission reduction measures in hydropower operation and management to further improve the conversion efficiency between hydropower and electric energy, and improve the energy utilization rate of the hydropower industry.

Based on the above, this paper conducts corresponding research on energy conservation and emission reduction measures in hydropower operation management, and its main contents are as follows:

1) In the process of hydropower operation and management, there are mainly problems such as low energy conversion level, insufficient implementation of energy conservation and environmental protection measures in the process of management of hydropower enterprises, and insufficient awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction of management personnel and employees in the management process of energy conservation and emission reduction.

2) In view of some problems in energy conservation and emission reduction in the operation and management of hydropower enterprises, this study focuses on energy conservation and emission reduction of lighting technology, continuous promotion of energy structure adjustment, and measures to save electricity during the dry season.

Research Status. From the perspective of environmental protection, Li Yuchan and others believe that achieving the goal of "green development" is an important issue for China's hydropower enterprises to do a good job in energy conservation and emission reduction in the new era. The author briefly expounds the meaning and importance of energy conservation and emission reduction from the aspects of concept establishment, hydropower facility construction, hydropower facility operation, equipment technology optimization, and energy conservation technical supervision, analyzes the main factors restricting the effective development of energy conservation and emission reduction of hydropower enterprises in China, and puts forward specific measures for energy conservation and emission reduction of hydropower enterprises from the perspective of environmental protection, in order to improve the effectiveness of energy conservation and emission reduction of hydropower enterprises in China. Promote the healthy and sustainable growth of hydropower companies [1]. Zhang Zhen and others believe that the power industry is a key industry for energy conservation and emission reduction that directly affects the effectiveness of energy conservation and emission reduction in various industries of the national economy. Wang Zhixuan introduced the current situation of energy conservation and emission reduction in the power industry, and pointed out the main problems existing at present. On this basis, measures and suggestions are put forward to continue to vigorously promote the adjustment of the power structure, further increase the technical transformation of old units, promote the legalization and market-oriented reform, improve the energy conservation and emission reduction mechanism, increase the scientific research on energy conservation and emission reduction, and give full play to the self-discipline role of the industry [3]. Zhu Huili elaborated on the current situation of energy utilization in China's power industry, and believed that the unreasonable operation mode of thermal power units and the excessive proportion of small thermal power units are the main reasons for the low energy efficiency level of China's overall power generation units, and also expounded the relevant national policies and plans. Strengthening policy guidance, gradually optimizing the energy structure, and strengthening the synchronous construction of power grids are the development trends of China's power industry in the policy environment of energy conservation and emission reduction, and the way out for China's power industry to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction is pointed out [4].
