The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway connects Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, and Bandung, the fourth largest city in Indonesia, with a total length of 142 kilometers and a designed maximum speed of 350 kilometers per hour, shortening the travel time between Jakarta and Bandung from more than 3 hours to more than 40 minutes. Since its official opening on October 17 this year, the passenger flow of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway has maintained a high growth trend, providing a convenient and comfortable travel experience for the people along the line. This also marks Indonesia's entry into the era of high-speed rail.
