In the large system of enterprise security management, how is trust missing?

First aspect:Many of China's safety management theories are borrowed from abroad, and some are directly moved back, which conflicts with the traditional safety concept, so many enterprises think that the set of the competent department is ineffective, and they believe that it is ineffective, so they are naturally unwilling to implement. This is the first type of mistrust.

The second aspect:In order to do a good job in safety management, the competent department is constantly trying to manage innovation, a new idea in each department, a new idea every year, and pilots are being piloted everywhere, which also reflects the distrust of the competent department in charge of the existing theory, and at the same time, the changing management mode gives people a state of "changing day and night", and enterprises dare not believe it, because every step of the enterprise is cost. This is the second type of mistrust.

The third aspect:Many management programs need to be practiced before the effect can be seen, and it is unscientific to conclude that it has no effect from the supervisor's understanding and judgment, so the competent department will often enforce a certain management method, just like a parent with a child, although he does not understand, but also requires it to do. Rebellion is inevitable, so the state of the company's realizations makes the supervisor not believe that the company will seriously implement these tasks.

In order to promote safety management, there is a performance assessment, and the assessment needs evidence, and evidence is a record.

Enterprises do not believe that the methods of the competent authorities are useful, and the competent authorities do not believe that the enterprises will implement themAll that's left is the record.

How to solve this situation of distrust, I personally think that we can think about it from the following aspects:

(1) The government determines a fixed management method. According to the traditional culture and national characteristics of our country, find a safety management method of your own, and then try not to change, fine-tune if there is a problem, and avoid a trick a year. Only fixed things can give people a sense of security and can be inherited.

After so many years of hard work, we have many kinds of management methods, and there are still a lot of options (seven responsibilities of the main person in charge, dual control, standardization, list system, etc.).

Combined with traditional culture (ancestors have experience), strengthen the basic research of safety management theory, only the basic research of accident prevention is solid, and the management will be more effective. Don't blindly copy foreign ones, foreign counterfeiting is also very powerful.

(2) Find more experience and less innovation in management. In the safety management work, I do not recommend innovation, every change in management mode is to spend a lot of money, and every step of the enterprise is to spend money. The cost of proving an idea is very high. Frequent new management methods will also give people a feeling of "changing day and night".

(3) Reverence, not pride. Although we have now achieved some results, have some ability, but it does not mean that we are omnipotent, in the safety management or modest and cautious, a little awe is better, enterprises for some of the management ideas put forward by the competent authorities, do not immediately think that "that is ineffective", but seriously think about the value and core key of its existence, and then decide how to deal with it. Just like making a limited space ledger is not the goal, identifying the limited space is the goal.

On the one hand, it is to make money, and more importantly, to do things itself.
