1. Requirements for the location of the GMP workshop of health food. The location of the production area, administrative area, living area and auxiliary area shall be reasonably arranged, and the normal operation of the clean area shall not be hindered.

Second, the requirements of cleanliness level. Solid health food is suitable for 300,000 levels of cleanliness; If the final product of liquid health food can be sterilized, it shall be required by the cleanliness level of 300,000 grades, and if the final product is not sterilized, it shall be classified according to the cleanliness level of 100,000 grades; Special health foods such as probiotics are required to be 100,000 levels of cleanliness. If there are no special requirements, the temperature of the workshop is controlled at 18 26 and the humidity is controlled at 45 65%.

3. Requirements for the design and decoration of clean workshops. The inner surface of the clean area should be flat and smooth, free of cracks, and easy to clean. The illumination of the clean area should meet the needs of production and be greater than 220lx. The use of materials for ceilings, windows, walls and floors should be compatible with the production process, and should be non-toxic, easy to clean, durable, and not suitable for mold. The windows, ceilings, pipes, and air outlets in the clean area need to be sealed. The static pressure difference between adjacent plants with different cleanliness should be greater than 5 Pa, and the static pressure difference with the outdoor atmosphere should be greater than 10 Pa. Emergency lighting and safety warning lights and signs are required. Set up separate ** and logistics lanes and install suitable purification equipment.
