"I am a poverty alleviation household, and I can receive 3,000 yuan of transportation and job subsidies if I work in Qingdao for more than half a year every year. A happy life comes from struggle. The smooth operation of the special train for migrant workers is a condensation of people and posts behind the matching of a large number of meticulous work. "During December last year, we inspected 32 companies in Qingdao, selected 21 high-quality enterprises, and screened more than 5,000 jobs suitable for workers in Dingxi, with an average monthly salary of more than 6,000 yuan, including Haier, Hisense and other 'big factories' positions and high-paying positions with a monthly salary of more than 10,000 yuan. Su Xiaopeng, president of the Dingxi Labor Transfer Industry Association, told reporters. Since January this year, the labor service office of 6 counties and 1 district of Dingxi City, 122 township staff and 77 human resources agencies have gone to villages and households to inform every migrant worker in need of high-quality job information. Su Xiaopeng calculated that a wealthy rural laborer worked odd jobs in Dingxi, with a daily wage of 200 yuan, and worked 26 days a month, which was 5,800 yuan. Although the income of gig workers is unstable, it is difficult to attract migrant workers if their monthly salary does not reach 6,000 yuan. "'Integrity is the foundation for the survival and development of human resources. Liu Chuanhua, deputy director of Qingdao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said that the special train for migrant workers to return to work is one of the important measures to implement the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's "Spring Warm Migrant Workers" service action, "Spring Breeze Action", and implement the "Lugan Manpower" East-West Cooperation Framework Agreement. According to statistics, among the 530 Dingxi migrant workers on this return train, 342 are old employees, accounting for more than 60%, and the trend of stable employment is obvious.
